Waste King Receive National Recycling Star Award

WASTE KING RECEIVE NATIONAL RECYCLING STAR AWARD

Hemel-based waste collection and recycling specialist for the local domestic andcommercial markets, Waste King Limited, have been awarded the Silver Star by the National Recycling Stars Scheme.  The award was made in recognition of both their commitment to increasing the amount of waste the company recycles and to improving the environmental awareness of their staff.

Waste King, alongside many other organisations, were judged on their recycling achievements according to a range of set criteria, designed to assess not only an organisation’s percentage of waste recycled, but also the overall commitment and engagement of staff in implementing environmental initiatives.
